If you’re like most people, improving your cholesterol in a natural way is far more appealing than taking all of those medications the doctor can prescribe. Science has proven several times that cholesterol lowering foods can be an extremely effective treatment for these types of conditions. Although, the scientific evidence that proves certain foods can raise good cholesterol is very limited. In fact, there is no hard evidence proving some foods can increase your HDL levels. This is not to say that medication is your only option if you have low HDL levels, however.
